LifeCell opens a new centre at Indore

LifeCell, the pioneers in stem cell banking, research & therapy in India, announced the launch of its area office and collection centre in Indore, for umbilical cord blood stem cell banking. The company has a state-of-the-art Stem Cell Processing and Banking facility near Chennai conforming to the standards laid by American Association of Blood Banks. With an existing base of over 30 centres across Asia, LifeCell is now increasing its network in the country. As a part of this expansion activity, LifeCell is launching its center in Indore today. By the year 2009, LifeCell plans to have over 50 centers to cater to the growing Indian market for stem cell banking.
